Comet 46P – One month of evolution

After one month since my first image of this comet, I’ve finally had one hour to image it again. Very poor conditions, suburban skies, poor transparency and the comet rather low. But these were the conditions on October 5 also, so no harm done 🙂

Using the same equipment under similar conditions, I can now compare the aspect of the comet and see just how much it changed in one month.

The image below shows that it is much brighter and larger. Waiting for the next session, hopefully in better conditions this time…
