Aristoteles and Eudoxus in Sky and Telescope

A few days ago a friend of mine, Adrian Sonka, announced me that he read the May 2015 issue of Sky and Telescope and that one of my images was on page 7:

proofThe image presents the lunar craters Aristoteles and Eudoxus, and was acquired on one memorable October morning with very good seeing conditions.

This was good news for me, since it’s my first image presented in a well-known Astronomy magazine. Hope to have more in the coming years…

  1. Felicitari pentru preluare! Ma gandesc insa ca ar fi fost elegant din partea lor sa dea un mail de atentionare/multumire chiar daca au precizat numele autorului !?

    1. Multumesc! Da, as fi vrut si eu sa aflu de la ei ca preiau imaginea, insa politica lor la sectiunea online de upload in galerie nu o cere neaparat (anuntarea in prealabil). Oricum ar fi, pentru mine e un lucru bun:) Nu exclud posibilitatea ca ei sa imi fi trimis totusi un mail cu rol de anuntare, si sa fi ajuns la mine in SPAM, iar eu sa il fi sters din greseala (de obicei ma uit in Spam sa vad ce bazaconii intra si pe acolo).
